Length-weight relationships for seven Boeckella species (Copepoda, Calanoida) of Argentina. In this paper we report length-weight relationships for seven Argentinean species of Boeckella using prosome length as an independent variable. The equation for each species can be used for a wide range of sizes, from copepodites to adults. Comparisons between fresh specimens and specimens preserved in formalin for many years revealed a weight loss up to 30 % due to formalin preservation in two species.
